04- 26/01/26 Papier mache bird making workshop part 2

Looking for an activity to do with your kids after school? This online workshop is for you!

This is the second of 3 parts where we will make a papier mâché bird. In this session, we will cover the bird we built the week before with paper using the papier mâché technique.

I will show you how to use the papier mâché glue to stick papers onto your bird.

What you need:

1. Glue: you can make your own glue with flour and water (the recipe will be emailed to you before the workshop) or use PVA glue mixed with water. Note: if you want to use flour and water, you will need to prepare the glue before the workshop (at least 30 minutes before)
2. An old book or magazines or newspaper.

You will receive the link to the event by email. You will get a recording of the session afterwards so you can make more birds in the future.
