Fox upcycled dish

You woke up early, ready to see the sunrise. You go outside, you feel the fresh breeze on your face. You walk in the dark to your favourite place to see the sun rising. You pass through a forest. Suddenly, you see two eyes looking at you. It is a fox! You love his orange brown coat. You feel joyful and grateful to be seeing him that close. You wish he would stay here with you forever.

I painted this fox’s face on his side remembering the feelings I would have every time I would see one on my way to my former job. I added some deep blue splashes around him to have him pop more.

I upcycled these dishes using the ceramic decal of the watercolour painting I did. I fired it in a kiln so the painting is permanent. It is safe to use with food and drinks.

The plate and bowl are dishwasher and microwave safe. NOT the coaster.
