Hippo and baby upcycled bowl

Ready for a big adventure to see one of the largest animals on Earth? Get your backpack and let’s go. It’s a hot day but you don’t mind. You’ve always wanted to see hippos taking a bath. You feel excitement in your entire body. Today is finally the day. And they are. An hippo and her baby having a relaxed time in a lake. It looks like the baby hippo is hugging his mummy. You feel so much joy just looking at them. You can hear the tweets of oxpeckers around you. This is the best day ever.

I upcycled this bowl using a watercolour painting I made of an hippo and her baby. Once fired in a kiln, the painting bonds with the glaze of the bowl. That’s why it is safe to use for food and drinks. It's now safe to use it with food and drink. It is also microwave and dishwasher safe.
