Stag upcycled ceramics

You are walking in a forest. It’s a beautiful day. The smell of wood relaxes you and you are enjoying every second of it. Suddenly, you hear branches cracking, you stay still, in front of you, a stag. You’ve never seen one so close. You can’t believe it! He is looking at you, you are looking at him. This is the best day of your life.

You can relive this day with this upcycled plate featuring the head of a stag. I painting this stag with watercolour paint. I thought that painting a moon with nuances of blue would complement well the colours of the stag.

I upcycled these pieces using the ceramics decals of my paintings. I fired them so the paintings are permanent. They are safe to use with food and drinks. They are also microwave and dishwasher safe.
