Three little birds on a branch upcycled shoulder bag

This bag was inspired by the walks I take in the nearby forest. I hand painted all the birds and sewed them onto a cream fabric. I added leaves with denim and embroidered the main branch where the birds are sitting.

On the front, there is a robin on the left, a bearded reedling in the middle and a nuthatch on the right. In the back I sewed a chick popping out of a denim pocket. I also hand embroidered the leaf on the pocket.

The bag is sturdy as I added foam batting inside and is waterproof. On the inside, there are 3 slip pockets and a zip closes the bag. It can hold A5 books.

This upcycled bag took many hours of detailed work to be created. It is a unique piece.

This bag can only be hand washed.
